Salty Foot Soak

I saw this on Pinterest.  Just about everyone loves a foot bath.  I certainly do, so I had to try this one. I linked it but apparently, the recipe isn’t there anymore.  So here it is:

1/2 cup Epsom salt

1/2 cup baking soda

1/8 cup hydrogen peroxide 3%

10 drops of essential oil (I used tea tree oil)

2 tbs sea salt

1tbs red clay or bentonite clay (I used bentonite clay)

Mix well in the hottest water you can tolerate & soak until the water is cool.  Afterwards, massage with coconut oil.

My feet were SO SOFT after this!  I didn’t need to use coconut oil but I did anyway because I always enjoy a moisturizing foot massage.  I felt GREAT the next day.  I don’t know if it’s coincidence or if it was the foot soak, but as I stated in a recent entry, I never feel great because of my medical issues.  I had more energy & felt optimistic. More like my old self.

Maybe it’s the haircut?

Maybe it’s a combination of this & oil pulling?  Maybe I’m finally getting better?  Who knows?  I’m just happy for feeling great!  It’s been a long time.
